SEC Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System.This
site allows you to retrieve publicly available filings, e.g. Form
10-K, Form 144, etc., required to be submitted to the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission for electronic filing, from January 1994
to the present.

lawyers in the U.S. Includes phone numbers, addresses, etc.
